2. portal demo & ready to hire.

We'll show you our state of the art hiring portal. We’ll set up a virtual hangout, share our screen, and give you a full run-through. You'll find out how to search, review, & hire high-quality international staff for your camp.

Once the demo is done, we’ll send over your account login details and a few forms to sign. We'll switch your account over to Ready to Hire, and you'll be good to go!

3. review participants.

To review applications, just browse the "available now" section of the portal. You'll be able to see our current applicants and those that are coming soon.

You'll have access to all the information you need, including a full interview report, references, & skills. When you find an applicant you're interested in, just click "Add to Review". They are now exclusively yours for 7 days! Other camp directors can see their application and put them on their watchlist - but only you can see their contact information.

4. interview.

You'll have 7 days from the moment you add an applicant to "review" to interview them and make your decision.

Once you have an applicant on review, you'll have access to their contact information. Send them an email or message them through the portal, and include a few sentences about your camp and the role you are interested in interviewing them for. Then set up a time for a Skype interview!

5. decision time.

Within your 7-day on-review period, you'll need to choose whether or not to make the hire.

If you've interviewed and want to hire an applicant, you can make a job offer directly through our portal and enter their basic contract details - such as dates, pocket money, and any qualifications. Participants can then accept or decline your offer.

6. hello, summer.

Once you've hired your next great staff member, we'll take it from there. They'll show up at your camp on the day you've requested.

We’ll take care of the work permit, logistics, and any additional certifications.

yes, it's really that simple.
