In 2018, Smaller Earth partnered with NYQUEST, the international summer camp staffing market leader in Canada to create a joint venture, Camp Canada.

Partnership history
Camp Canada was born from an idea and a shared passion, sparked by a conversation across a table in Toronto. Two trailblazing brands, Nyquest and Smaller Earth, united by their belief in the power of summer camps, found common ground.
Recognizing the potential to do something greater together, they asked themselves: Why not combine our 35+ years of experience, knowledge, and passion to create something even bigger? What started as a conversation turned into an exciting reality – the merging of two industry leaders to create an extraordinary new force in the summer camp world.
With the best elements of both brands combined, Camp Canada was born – a true "super brand" that offers unforgettable experiences, blending tradition with innovation and delivering the ultimate summer adventure for participants from around the globe.

Camp Collab is an intimate conference focused entirely on summer camp staffing - recruitment, engagement and retention. 3 days of expert-led sessions, talks and workshops in the vibrant city of Asheville, North Carolina.
At Camp Leaders and Camp Canada, we work very closely with camps of all types. Over the years we have received consistent feedback that whether you hire domestic, international or both, the challenge to hire quality staff who are committed the entire summer has become increasingly more difficult. Camp Collab was born to create a space where camps could gather to hear from inspiring speakers from within the camp world and beyond while connecting and problem-solving alongside fellow camp owners and directors.
